“Who says that murder’s not an art?”

It’s Chicago in the 1920s, and glamour, murder, fraud, and seduction are in the air in this satirical look at the American justice system. Housewife Roxie Hart is ready to be a star, and to her surprise, killing her affair partner in cold blood is not the setback it was primed to be, but is instead the spring board to a lucrative Vaudeville career.
